In 2015, we commissioned an independent Forrester Research Study to find out the Total Economic Impact (TEI) and examine the potential return on investment (ROI) enterprises may realise by deploying BBCRM in the North American higher education sector.

Who we studied:

An existing customer in the higher education sector that has experience deploying and using Blackbaud CRM. The customer was initially interviewed in 2014 and again in 2015 with both findings used in the study.

What we wanted to know:

  • What was the ROI of switching to BBCRM
  • What benefits did they see with fundraising, labour cost and IT
  • What was the cost and how much did they save
  • How the university overcame its challenge of using multiple fundraising systems and constituent database
  • If it improved efficiency
  • What incremental revenue it generated
  • How it affected online fundraising performance
