Four Winds, based in Bermagui on the South Coast of NSW, is a home for music. A place where the creation and performance of music fires the imagination, enriches lives and encourages active participation.

Four Winds features some of the finest International and Australian musicians and now has an established program of work beyond their 25-year strong signature event, the Four Winds Easter Festival. Their year round program now includes a range of concerts, workshops, residencies and community engagement programs.

The two main venues on their site, ‘Nature’s Concert Hall’, that lies alongside the beautiful coastline of the South Coast, NSW, comprise of the ‘Sound Shell’ an outdoor amphitheatre and the ‘Windsong Pavilion’ an acoustically divine indoor recital centre. The essence of Four Winds is – Music, Nature and Shared Creativity.

Innovation at Four Winds

Four Winds now boasts a year round program of events beyond their biennial Easter Festival. The organisation’s extensive network of volunteers, donors and key stakeholders, locally and nationally, is key in keeping events affordable for all.

Their customer relationship management system, eTapestry, allows them to coordinate their volunteers, run fundraising campaigns, track donations, coordinate communications with various stakeholders and manage their events. Now with the new integration of IWannaTicket – it also allows the organisation the robust ticketing system needed including a thorough reporting process.

Seamless CRM Integration

With the integration between IWannaTicket & Blackbaud’s eTapestry it allows important customer data from ticket sales to be directly imported into the CRM. Data such as admissions, purchaser contact info, ticket types, quantities, pricing, discount codes, and ticket fees – even refunds, can now all be stored in one location.

The integration allows Four Winds to coordinate data sets, providing valuable customer insights and saving countless hours in manual data processing. This is achieved with the help of eComApps, who created an API app that interfaces between IWannaTicket and eTapestry databases.
